Racking Solutions

Our off the shelf options are available in a vast range of standard sizes and options. Rotationally moulded from high molecular weight polyethylene they are half the weight of traditional rack cases and have received worldwide acclaim for their durability, convenience and ease of handling. They are the perfect solution for anyone requiring an economical rack case at relatively short notice.

Customisation

Our racks can be customised with unit values to your requirements. Racks can be fitted with internal shock mounted sub-frames suspended on high-density foam or anti-vibration mounts. Full impact isolation solutions are available for more demanding applications. Stacking locators for increased stability during transportation and storage.

Castors fitted

Castors fitted to base or rear lid via load spreader dolly boards.

Various options for operational system racks e.g. power distribution, fans, and lights. Neoprene O-ring lid seals. Service hatches and Security grilles can also be added.

They are built by CF Cases, to customers exact requirements, by taking into account equipment fragility, its weight, the mode of transport and frequency, plus any other logistical factors that will determine foam density levels and shore hardness of the anti-vibration mounts.
